The song was recorded on November 6th & 9th, 1969, during the ''Sunflower'' sessions and but was not released until 1998 when it appeared on the band's compilation album ''Endless Harmony Soundtrack''. During the song, Carl Wilson appears to sing "Shunshine" instead of "Sunshine".
